Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes things change, so we offer a flexible cancellation policy. However, we do ask that you cancel your reservation as soon as possible to avoid any cancellation fees.

  • If you cancel your reservation 15 days or more before the check-in date, you will receive a full refund, minus a 10% cancellation fee.
  • If you cancel your reservation between 48 hours and 14 days before the check-in date, you will receive a 50% refund.
  • If you cancel your reservation less than 48 hours before the check-in date, or if you do not show up, you will not be eligible for a refund.
  • There are no refunds or credits issued for early checkouts.

Postponement / Rescheduling Policy

If you need to reschedule your reservation, we ask that you do so as soon as possible. We offer the following rescheduling policies:

  • You can postpone or prepone your reservation for free if you request the change at least 15 days before the check-in date.
  • Once you have postponed or preponed your reservation, it cannot be further changed or canceled.
  • If you reschedule your reservation between 7 and 14 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a fee of 20% of the booking amount
  • If you reschedule your reservation between 24 hours and 7 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a fee of 50% of the booking amount.
  • No changes are allowed within 24 hours of the check-in date.

Why is this cancellation and rescheduling policy important?

Our cancellation and rescheduling policy is in place to protect both our guests and our business. When a guest cancels a reservation, it may be too late to rebook the room, which can result in lost revenue. Our cancellation policy helps to offset this loss.

Our rescheduling policy is in place to ensure that all guests have a fair chance to book a room. When a guest reschedules a reservation, they are essentially taking the room away from another guest who may have wanted to book it. Our rescheduling policy helps to deter guests from rescheduling without good reason.
